Hopefully the recent changes to the card regarding lounge access will fix some of these problems. Overall-the LGA lounge was the 4th Centurion Lounge I've been to, and it was probably the worst (even worse than the even smaller one at PHL). The place was clean, and I mean spotless to the point of excessive (we watched staff sanitize the same table 3 times during a 45 min period despite no one sitting there). Huge, brand new lounge with friendly staff and ample seating. The Admirals Club-while offering "meh" food and a limited selection of free drinks-was an amazing experience. We didn't spend too much time there, ultimately ended up at the American Admirals Club. Also, the sheer number of people meant the food was flying off the buffet I nearly had to fight a small child to get a cookie (for the record, the child would have lost). My wife and I waited 15 min to get a seat once we were inside the lounge, the place was loud, and was a little on the dirty side (to be fair, this last point is no fault of the staff, but rather just the natural state of overcrowding). Can't speak to the Sky Club at LGA, but recently visited the Centurion Lounge and it was an absolute mess due to overcrowding.
